1. Introduction and Data Controller

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to me. I process your data exclusively in accordance with the relevant legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2021).

2. Data Collection on My Website

Contacting me: f you contact me via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number, content of the enquiry) will be stored by me for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures).

Server Log Files: The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to me (IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time of server request). This data is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website.

  • Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests).

 

3. Cookies

My website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device via your browser. They do not cause any harm.

  • Technically Necessary Cookies: These are required for the website to function (e.g. to save your cookie settings).

  • Analytics /Marketing Cookies: I do not currently use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes.

Disabeling: You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow this only on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may restrict the functionality of my website.

4. Strict confidentiality

As a life and social counsellor, I am subject to a strict legal duty of confidentiality in accordance with Section 119(4) of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO). Data from counselling sessions is never stored on this web server, but is subject to separate security measures.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, withdraw consent and object. If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (DSB).
